Along the route, you will not find simple tasting stops, but real mountain kitchens set up in nature. Local restaurateurs and producers prepare and serve each course on site, turning meadows and trails into an open-air dining experience. From the welcome cocktail to the final coffee, you will enjoy a complete lunch immersed in the landscape of Sestriere.

  • Start with a toast.Collect your kit, wear your official glass and begin the route with a welcome cocktail.
  • The kitchens await you along the trail.At each stop, local restaurateurs and producers prepare the courses on the spot in field kitchens set among meadows and Alpine views.
  • A full lunch, course after course.Starter, first course, main course, cheeses, dessert, coffee and digestifs. Each stop is a new gourmet moment.
  • Walk, taste and move on.Between courses, you will cross some of Sestriere’s most scenic landscapes, alternating nature, conviviality and flavour.
  • Leave with one more memory.More than a walk, more than a lunch: a day to enjoy slowly, among people, flavours and mountains.
The gourmet route
Each stop is a new course, prepared on the spot by local restaurateurs and producers in kitchens set up along the trail.
  • The Beginning.Welcome cocktail by QB Sestriere.
  • The Gateway to the Alps.Fassona beef bao with hazelnut mayonnaise and summer vegetable julienne by Ristorante Last Tango.
  • In the Woods.Ravioli del plin with Alpine butter, wild thyme and Saras dal Fen by Ristorante Grange Sax Café.
  • Terrace over Chaberton.Traditional Piedmontese roast served cold, green sauce with mountain herbs, summer salad and oven-baked bread by Ristorante Du Grand Père.
  • The Alpine Pasture.Selection of mountain cheeses from Azienda Agricola Ettore Lisa.
  • Grand Finale.Hazelnut shortcrust tart with mountain blueberry jam by Pasticceria La Dolce Vita, Caffè Vergnano, bitters and digestifs.

No. The route is about 9 km with limited elevation gain and is accompanied by a certified hiking guide.

Yes. Participation requires booking online or through the Sestriere Tourist Office.

No. Booking is required to participate. Tickets cannot be purchased on site.

Due to the specific logistics of the event, dedicated menus for dietary choices (vegetarian, vegan, etc.) are not provided. In case of allergies or intolerances, please report them when booking: compatibly with the logistics of the event, we will do our best to provide an alternative.

In case of rain or conditions that could compromise participant safety, the event will be cancelled and the ticket replaced with admission to the next available date on our website.

Dogs are welcome at all SLURP! Experience events, in respect of other participants and current regulations (leash and muzzle).

The area is accessible with strollers, but the event is not designed for small children.

The event takes place in the mountains, so we recommend clothing suitable for sudden changes in weather conditions.
