A long shared table welcomes guests for dinner in nature, with dishes prepared by local restaurateurs, selected wines and a landscape that gives way to the stars as night falls.

The evening menu
A complete dinner prepared and served by local restaurateurs, with selected ingredients and flavours that tell the story of the mountains.
  • The Last Light.Chef’s amuse-bouche. The first taste of the evening, accompanied by the last rays of sun over the mountains.
  • The Encounter.Local ingredients and creativity come together to begin the culinary journey.
  • The Heart of the Table.Traditional Piedmontese ravioli. A signature recipe of Piedmontese cuisine, reinterpreted by local restaurateurs.
  • The Grill.Grilled ribs. The scent of the grill accompanies the most convivial moment of the dinner, under the Sestriere sky.
  • The Grand Finale.The last taste of the evening, as the stars become the protagonists of the night.

Wine accompanies the dinner and is served at the table (1 bottle for every 4 participants),
together with still and sparkling water throughout the evening.

Wine is reserved for adult participants and is served at the table (1 bottle for every 4 participants). A non-alcoholic aperitif is provided for children aged 6 to 12.

FAQ

The dinner takes place at the Chisonetto dam, at around 2,200 metres above sea level. In the days before the event, you will receive detailed information about times, meeting point and access arrangements.

Yes. Participation requires booking online or through the Sestriere Tourist Office.
Tickets cannot be purchased on site on the evening of the event.

Seats are assigned by the organisation to guarantee the best experience for all participants.
Please let us know when booking.

Due to the specific logistics of the event, dedicated menus for dietary choices (vegetarian, vegan, etc.) are not provided. In case of allergies or intolerances, please report them when booking: compatibly with the event logistics, we will do our best to provide an alternative.

Safety comes first. If weather conditions do not allow the event to take place, the organisation will promptly communicate any changes or postponement of the evening.

Dogs are welcome at all SLURP! Experience events, in respect of other participants and current regulations (leash and muzzle).

The area is accessible with strollers.

The event takes place high in the mountains. We recommend clothing suitable for an outdoor dinner at altitude. Open shoes are not allowed.
