Each stop offers a speciality prepared directly by the hosting hut, turning lunch into a true gourmet ski safari.

The menu will vary with each edition, following seasonality and the creativity of the chefs.
  • The Wake-Up.Breakfast in a hut. The day begins with a mountain breakfast, giving you the right energy to start.
  • Altitude.Panoramic aperitif. A toast on the slopes and time to enjoy the sun, the terrace and the view.
  • The Chef’s Signature.Each edition brings a different interpretation of Alpine cuisine to the table, prepared directly by the hosting hut.
  • One more run!The last stop ends the route with dessert, before putting your skis back on or enjoying one final toast.
  • Après-ski.The day ends with a drink, music and the pleasure of sharing the last moments together before finally taking off your skis.

FAQ

No. The event is designed for those who can ski independently on slopes open to the public and want to enjoy a day between sport and gastronomy.

Yes. Participation requires booking online or through the Sestriere Tourist Office.
Tickets cannot be purchased on site on the evening of the event.

The format includes breakfast, aperitif, main course, dessert and après-ski. Participating huts and the menu for the edition will be announced when bookings open.

Due to the specific logistics of the event, dedicated menus for dietary choices (vegetarian, vegan, etc.) are not provided. In case of allergies or intolerances, please report them when booking: compatibly with the event logistics, we will do our best to provide an alternative.

Safety comes first. If conditions do not allow the event to take place, the organisation will promptly communicate any changes or postponement.

No. Between stops, everyone is free to ski at their own pace. The meeting point is directly at each hut, within the scheduled time slot.

No. If you already have a skipass, you can simply purchase the experience. Otherwise, a skipass will be available at a special rate directly through the lift operator.
