SLURP! and ride is an e-bike experience crossing two territories united by the same Alpine culture. A journey through spectacular landscapes, small villages and cross-border gastronomic specialities, where every stop tells a story of tradition, producers and different ways of living the mountains.

SLURP! and ride takes participants along an itinerary connecting the gastronomic specialities of both sides of the Alps.

The menu will vary with each edition, following seasonality and the producers involved, but the format remains the same: stop, taste and ride on.
  • The Start.Breakfast to begin the journey with the right energy.
  • The Territory.A tasting dedicated to the signature products of the Western Alps.
  • The Encounter.The main dish celebrates the dialogue between the gastronomic traditions of the two territories.
  • The Sweet Stop.A dessert inspired by Alpine specialities.
  • The Farewell.The final tasting closes the journey with a toast to new encounters.

Yes. Participation details and any rental service will be announced when bookings open.

Yes. Participation requires booking online or through the Sestriere Tourist Office.
Tickets cannot be purchased on site on the evening of the event.

Each edition will have a dedicated menu, created with the producers and partners involved. Stops and tastings may vary according to seasonality and available specialities.

Due to the specific logistics of the event, dedicated menus for dietary choices (vegetarian, vegan, etc.) are not provided.
In case ofallergiesorintolerances, please report them when booking: compatibly with the logistics of the event, we will do our best to provide an alternative.

Safety comes first. If conditions do not allow the event to take place, the organisation will promptly communicate any changes or postponement.

No. The route is designed to be completed by e-bike by anyone with a normal habit of cycling. The goal is to experience the territory, not sporting performance.

Yes. The itinerary is completed as one group, accompanied by a cycling guide. The pace will suit the experience and the scheduled stops.

Comfortable sportswear suitable for a day by e-bike. In the days before the event, you will receive all recommendations for equipment based on the expected weather conditions.
